It's really great! And YES...I love to ride bikes! Ride over to my house and we'll go together! heehee! ♥
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a real beauty Marianne! Love the colour. She'll be hard pedalling though with no gears. :-) I saw an old bicycle at the end of a driveway fastened about 5 feet off the ground on a tree. It had flowers planted in the basket. I'm guessing it's up that high so no one will steal it!! Have a great weekend and safe cycling!
ReplyDeleteIt's so CUTE..... enjoy

Love the bike. Have fun on your ride.
ReplyDeleteI love it!! Only thing it is missing is a great vintage rattan basket hanging off those handle bars :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Gail
oohhh! she is beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteSch-weeet Haven't ridden a bike in a long time. Biggest fear? Not falling but fitting fifty years of backside onto a seat that was uncomfy for a 5 year old!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely vintage ride, I adore it! Have a lovely weekend! Xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI love riding bikes, but am currently looking for one just like that. Cruiser, no gears, foot brakes. Perfection! Enjoy your new wheels!
ReplyDeleteVery snazzy ride you've got there!
ReplyDeleteBrenda
She is a beauty--------do you have any idea what year she was made.
ReplyDeleteYour bicycle is gorgeous!!! I love it, I have wanted one like that for the longest time. So happy for you that you got yours!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
What a sweet bike! Mr. Vintage did it again! ^.^
ReplyDeleteHugs,
omg!!! that is the bike I got when I was 8 years old, I am now 55. I still have it too, but it isn't in that good condition as yours, wonderful memories.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, and your bike, too. I went way back into your archives, I think I spotted a greenhouse in your backyard, if so can I see a close up of it, please, pretty please.
ReplyDeleteLove your 'new' bike! I love to ride mine but I haven't ridden since my shoulder surgery - I think it's about time to take off for a joy ride soon.
