Saturday ~

Happy Saturday everyone ~ I thought I would share with you my little wreath that I picked up at our local thrift store for $1.00.  I put it on my antique cabinet ~

Today, it's chilly, frost is in the air.  I am going to be doing a little laundry and maybe some thrifting ~

Speaking of thrifting ~ Mr. Vintage found a little table top stove.  It was not in very good condition, but, look what he's done ;-)

He painted the oven in lovely light green with a red stripe around the top ~ sigh ~ so cute

and the oven is adorable too ~

Well, I just put the lasagna together  for dinner tonight ~

I think I'll make a loaf of home made bread ~ and have a quiet evening with Mr. Vintage ~

What are you doing tonight?

Can't wait to hear from you

Random Lovliness ~

Good morning everyone ~
I have been busy fluffing our guest room.  You see, we decided that when Mr. Vintage has had his surgery, I will move into the spare room for a while ~ sigh ~

So, here are a few random pictures of loveliness for you ~

I just love this little picture and it had to move in with me

I just had to bring in my feed sack pillow case ~

This little clock will tell me what time it is and it's a music box.  The alarm plays "Oh what a beautiful morning" ;-)

I'll be a little more comfortable in the spare room.  Although, I will miss Mr. Vintage ~

What have you done to make yourself more comfortable?

I hope you all have a WONDERFUL day ~

Happy Tuesday everyone ~ We had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving spent with family ~

Mr. Vintage and I were talking and he knew (he always knows) that I have wanted a vintage magazine holder to hold platters or plates or whatever ~ Well, he did it again ~

He made me one and I painted it and it looks marvelous~!

I had to put my little chicken plate in it ~ I absolutely LOVE IT !~

damp and cold ~

Hello friends ~ I have missed you soo much.  Mr. Vintage has completed all of his tests and now surgery is scheduled for November 25.  Hopefully, all will go well.

It is so cold and damp today.  What do you do when it's cold and damp?

Make your own sunshine

A nice hot cup of coffee

Add some yummy oatmeal apple muffins on a Sunny Plate

Would you like a cup?

Mommy, can I have a cup too? and a blanket?

I wish the sun would shine ~

Hey look Mommy, the sun is coming out ~ yeah!

Now that Mindy is settled and we have our cup of coffee and a muffin ~ tell me, what have you been up to.
