A bedroom redo ~

Hello everyone ~ Happy Tuesday.  I hope your 4th of July was enjoyable ~
I have wanted to do "something" with our bedroom and just didn't know what.

Here is a picture of our bedroom before
Didn't like it ~ so......
I decided to paint the bed ~ thank you Mr. Vintage for being soooo patient with me.

Here is the finished product ~ just a little makeover ~












I am so happy that I made this little change ~ what little changes have you made that make you smile ;-)

    Lovely! I noticed a different picture and bedding, too! My Hubby would never let me paint the wood!

    Marianne is is so beautiful, what a change. Had to keep going back to the original picture so see if it was the same futniture and lamp. Would you like to come to my house and work your magic?

    Did you use chalk paint?

    OH my I LOVE the change! Your bed is very 'cottagy' now and I love your chenille bedspread. Very good decision! The change that makes me smile every time I see it is our bathroom. It wasn't exactly a small change but it's my favorite so far. I hope your day is a good one.

    Love the change! What a big job - but so worth it. I've been thinking of doing the same. Need to convince my sweetheart that it's the thing to do, especially since our bedroom set belonged to his parents! It would be such a wonderful change and would make me LOVE my bedroom even more than now!
