Steamy ~

Hello everyone ~ It's been a while since I last posted.  I have to tell you it is hot and steamy here in Ontario.  The Temps are in the 90's and the humidex is making it feel like the 100's ~ whew ~


The heat and sun have made by Poppies POP ~

The foxgloves are just starting to bloom ~

I just love foxgloves. 
Well, since it was sooo hot, Mr. Vintage and I went yard saling this morning bright and early.  I picked up two little vintage goodies ;-)

I think I'll put this little chickie next to my sink and put my scrubby in it

this Foley pitcher was only 50 cents.  I just love the floral pattern on it.

Well, I am so excited. The annual "Treasure Hunt" is coming soon ~ June 25, 26 & 27.  Mr. Vintage and I have decided that we are going to put a booth in !~ woo hoo.  I will tell you more about that later. 
In the meantime ~
relax, have fun and stay cool
Mommy, Can I chase the chickens?
NO Mindy, it's too hot, go find some shade

o.k. I'll lay right here and be good

    That pink pitcher was only 50 cents? I want to shop where you are shoppin. We are unseasonably cool.

    Marianne, your poppies are lovely! I am jealous of your hot weather. I am sitting inside my house staring out at the pouring rain right now and I even had to light a fire to stay warm this morning. Summer is late this year!

    I love your yard sale finds! That pitcher is beautiful :)

    You really got a deal on the Foley pitcher, it looks like it is in perfect condition. Mindy wouldn't hurt the chickens, she told me so, she just wants to play.

    Your flowers are so pretty, enjoy them while you can. I love that pretty pink floral pitcher. Where does Mindy get her energy in that heat?

    Love the poppies! Such a bright colour. I hope your heat is coming East as it's been quite cool here for a few days. The 2 dishes you found are really sweet. The chicken one is perfect for your pot scrubbie.

    Your Poppies are gorgeous! We have poppy fields close by that bloom in April and it's really spectacular to see. Your pitcher and scrubbie holder are lovely!

    Hey you! Your flowers are beautiful! Indeed, its been icky around hasnt it? But we had an unusually cold and windy day here today, which I was so happy about! Damn, I need to find a nice garage sale, there hasnt been anything good yet,not by long shot! But I love your finds, the pattern is beautiful :)
