Maybe that's why I love my little chickens ~ they make me smile. Soooo.... I decided why not dress the part. I went to value village and picked up a little flowered dress and put an apron on ~ I think I'm ready to feed the chickens ~
Mommy, can I have Sunday fun with the chickens?
No Mindy ~ stay with Mommy

ReplyDeleteMarianne, you really look the part. What a charming idea, and the dress fits you perfectly. You remind me of Meryl Streep in Bridges of Madison County. She worked that little farm dress, and so do you! What a fun post! xxx

Oh I love the picture of you dressed up like a farm girl. You are just perfect.
ReplyDeleteMarianne, You look fabulous, girl, I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love chickens and cattle, with a dog on the porch and a cat curled up on the chair. Ah, such sweet memories of my childhood. My dad had a hobby farm and all six of us kids and my mom, helped work it. I loved it, it ran a very close second to cooking, decorating and cleaning. I think I used to love work, not so much anymore! LOL!!
Hugs, Cindy
