Hello my friends ~
This morning we awoke to find another snow storm brewing ~
I stayed home from work today. It was just unsafe to go ~ so now that I am at home, would you care to join me?
I have tea ready ~ nice and hot ~
Come and sit ~ relax ~
Would you care for a chocolate?
They are delicious ~ I picked these up at Golden Chocolates ~ ;-)
A little bird would help this little tea party. We can talk of Spring, the birds singing, the flowers blooming and the sun shining ~ ahhhhhh ~
Thank you for joining me for tea today. I am dreaming of Spring. I think I will order my seeds for my vegetable garden...
What are you doing today?
Can't wait to hear from you
(((Hugs)))
Marianne
Still snowing and blowing here . Lovely photos . Yup lot's of tea drinking happening here lol ! Thanks for sharing . Have a good week !
ReplyDeleteI like your early morning snow photos with the street light still on. We're getting snow here too. I would love to join you for tea. Your china is so pretty. And chocolate sounds perfect! I'm glad you chose to stay home on a stormy day. Take care. Blessings, Pam
ReplyDeleteThank you Pamela. I would love to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of tea with you ;-) Stay warm and dry
DeleteAren't you tired of all this snow by now? I sure am! I don't blame you for not going to work today. I'd love to join you for a cup of tea, especially with those beautiful cups and teapot! What am I doing today...housework, laundry, shoveling, baking banana bread, and making potato soup. :-)
ReplyDeletethanks for warming me up! Now I need to go dig my car out..yuck
ReplyDeletethe snow has finally stopped here but tea sounds wonderful

Glad you didn't have to go out in that! Thank you for the tea and chocolate. Marvelous combination! Stay toasty!
ReplyDeleteYou've made everything so beautiful for us today. And the lamp post in the snow reminds me of the Chronicles of Narnia. I really think I should have invited you to my house though. It's a lot warmer...80 degrees today. It seems unreal to see so many bloggers showing snow photos! But I've lived in snowy places so I know it's one of the coldest months of the year. Sweet hugs my friend, Diane
ReplyDeleteI agree- when the weather is bad like this. People should just stay home. I think some people just don't have that option. That's sad.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you're safe and sound...and warm and cozy. You made a beautiful setting for tea and CHOCOLATES! (...and of course friendly conversation)
We still haven't had any snow to speak of really.

I stayed home too. I left but came back. It was too terrible to drive. Love your tea cups. It was the perfect day to enjoy a cup of tea today.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Diane
