My week has been hectic but it's been a lovely week as well ~
Something arrived in the mail ~!
A little while ago, I won a giveaway from Susan (and Bentley ofcourse) at Ash Three Cottage ~ I was so excited to receive this. A wonderful magazine ~!
Susan and I have become wonderful friends and I just think she is an absolute sweet heart ~ stop by her blog for a visit. It is full of sweet sweet posts, wonderful eye candy and ofcourse, Bentley ;-)
Susan and Bentley ~ thank you. I will enjoy this. I am saving it as Mr. Vintage and I have decided to go away camping for a couple of days over the Labour Day weekend.
Ahhhh ~ a cup of tea, relaxing and savouring a wonderful magazine. I can hardly wait to go ~ ;-)

Oh, Marianne, how lovely to receive that in the mail. I love that magazine. If she's producing them once again, I may have to get a subscription, it was my all-time favourite.

Hi Marianne! I am so happy that you received the Mary Engelbreit magazine. When I went to the post office to mail it to you they quizzed me about the contents of the package because they said it would have to go through Customs! Customs??? I said well Canada is our neighbor and our friend. Idaho shares a border with Canada. Why on earth would one little magazine sent from one cottage to another need so much attention? The post man just laughed and said that if he marked it periodical it would be fine. When Mary Engelbreit first published that magazine I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It quickly became one of my favorites and I subscribed to it just as I did County Living, Victoria, Country Home (miss that one) and Cottage Style (another one bites the dust). You know how we gals are ~ just living the cottage dream. Enjoy! Thank you for the kind words. You know that I feel the same about you.
