Karen brought me a flower ;-)
BUT
Mr. Vintage made this for desert~
It was FAB U LOUS ~
Here's how ~ cut pineapple down the middle (including the greens). Scoop out pineapple, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the centre and top with cubed pieces of pineapple. Then put it in the oven at 400 degrees for two minutes. The heat brings out the sweetness of the pineapple and the ice cream just melts to the consistency of soft ice cream ~ YUM!
Today because it was snowing AGAIN ~ Mr. Vintage and I went thrifting
A girl can NEVER have enough lace
Wow ~ all this for $4.99
And this sweet little box
So far it has been a wonderful weekend... and Mr. Vintage? I definitely think I will KEEP HIM ;-)
Hope your weekend is as sweet as mine~ xo
Marianne

Hi Marianne:
ReplyDeleteI was so delighted that you found me and enjoyed my site. I have only been blogging since August and I adore it. I can't think of a more wonderful way to meet wonderful people while sitting at my computer......it is like being inspired everyday near and far by those we now call friends!
As for Mr. Vintage......hang on tight, he sounds precious! I will have to try that Pinapple dessert....sounds yummy! Please tell him thank you!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend. ox Mary Anne
He really does sound like a keeper. Aren't you glad you found him first? :)
ReplyDeleteI saw your comment over at Daisy Cottage. I'm looking for a dolls house too. I like two from the Greenleaf company (Beacon Hill Mansion and Garfield) but the import tax to the UK doubles the price. I'm wondering how difficult would it be to build one myself? Arrrrh! :D
Sweet!! Looks and sounds delish, and Mr. Vintage definitely sounds like a keeper. ;) Have a great day my friend!!
ReplyDeleteYou did it again! Great company and great food. My favourite way to spend a Friday evening :-)
ReplyDeleteFun Times - thank you.
