A beautiful cabinet and a blogger award~!

Good morning ~  A little while ago, when I first started blogging, I showed a rusty old cabinet that Mr. Vintage and I purchased at a yard sale.  The poor thing ~

As you all know, Mr. Vintage is a very handy man to have around.  He worked and worked on this cabinet and now I MUST show you ....

It turned out beautiful.  I am going to use this cabinet in my laundry room~ I am so blessed ~ and speaking of blessed, Sabre at Heirloom Gypsy gave me the versatile blogger's award ~ thank you Sabre ~!  I am sooo thrilled.

Now, I must list 7 things about me...

1.  I LOVE to garden and can hardley wait for warmer weather~!
2.  I Love to cook especially out of vintage cook books.
3.  I Love to go thrifting, well, that's no surprise ;-)
4.  I Love to bake treats for my family
5.  I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Mr. Vintage.  He's the BEST
6.  On my quiet days I love to sip tea and read magazines ~ Flea Market Style, Victoria, Romantic Country Home etc.
7.  I am absolutely stunned at how wonderful all of you bloggers are ~ you are all so sweet ;-)

  3. I am so excited over your cabinet, because I have one that looks exactly like yours.... before it's redo sitting in my barn. Hubby brought it home and I didn't really think I could do anything with it but use it as storage in the barn......but I am now inspired to bring it back to a beautiful life!

  11. Congratulations, Marianne! For the award, AND for that fab cabinet. I'm so impressed! When I was in grade school I was always fascinated by places I read about with snow because it is so unusual here. I hope you can get to your garden before too long!

    Wow, what an amazing job your hubby did on that cabinet. I love vintage pieces like this. It will be perfect in your laundry room. Lucky girl! I can see it with clear glass vintage jars with laundry soap, etc. Very cute!

    LOVE your cabinet - that looks amazing..and yes, Mr. Vintage gets a big hoorah! It will be perfect in the laundry - I've got a bigger cabinet that was my husband's moms that I should re-do....now to get Mr. Kitchen to take a look at this so he gets the idea :)
