Window Whimsey ~

Hello my friends ~ I am adding a few little touches of spring to the Vintage home ~

Mr. Vintage and I picked up an old window the other day and I just had to do something with it ~

It has now become my spring inspiration board ~

I picked up these little vegetable markers at Michael's and now they are inspiring my spring mood ;-)

Spring Inspiration ~

Happy Friday ~!

Today it is snowy and blowy and freezy and rainy.  

It is supposed to warm up, but the freezing rain is on the way ~  So, I decided to turn to a little Spring Inspiration ;-)

Mr. Vintage went with me to Michael's and he thought I should buy a little birdhouse.  I did and he bought one too ;-) ~ Mr. Vintage is so cute

This is my little spring birdhouse ~

Here is Mr. Vintage's birdhouse ~

We spent the afternoon last weekend painting our birdhouses and laughing and chatting ~ it was a very enjoyable day ~

He also picked this up for me, it smells heavenly ~

Happy Family Day ~

Hello my friends ~ today is Family Day in Canada and President's Day in the United States ~

I thought I would show you how I have tweaked my little door.  Mr. Vintage picked up this mirror on the weekend ~

I added the little lavender wreath as well

A new bed for Chico ~

Happy Sunday everyone ~ It's sunny and bright here in Ontario today.  Although still chilly ~

I bought this cute little antique doll bed at a yard sale last summer and I have not found a place to put it.  Well, the other day, I put it under my desk in my little inspiration room ~

I think Chico has adopted the bed for his own ;-)

He always has to be  near me, even when I am catching up with my blogging friends ~

Mommy ~ are you done?  Can we play?

Can we play now? 

Yes Chico, we'll play now

Sharing Saturday ~

Happy Saturday ~ !  I am so glad it is the weekend ~ and a long one for me.  Monday is Family Day in Canada and I took Tuesday off too ;-)

Last weekend Mr. Vintage and I went to a Shabby Chic sale ~
Sigh ~ such lovely treasures were there ~

I did come home with a few and I would like to share them with you ~

I picked up this cute little alarm clock for my desk so I always know what time it is ~

She fits right in ~ don't you think?

This little pillow had to come home with me ~

A little fairy for my desk and she is so cute ~

She has a bird on her foot ~ I think the little birdie is singing the fairy a song ~

This pretty lady had to come home with me ~ I think she is just lovely ~

A little mirror ~ I just propped her here for now ~

Love the detail ~

Remember I made myself a pen pot because I couldn't find one? ~ Well, 

Ofcourse, I found one now ;-)

and then Mr. Vintage spotted a true treasure again

This is going in our family room ~ Don't you just love it ~

Ofcourse, I have saved the best for last ~ Mr. Vintage spotted this for me ~

Yes, Yes, Yes an old door! ~ I have been wanting one for so long

tweek ~

Hello my friends ~

I have been busy tweaking my little office ~

Here is my little mail holder that I picked up this weekend ~

I've been looking for a cute little pen pot, but alas I could not find one ~ so I made one

 A little tweak but I think it's cute ~ 

Of course, this is where I create and I am inspired ~

Love this and had to add this to my desk

A scale to weigh the situation ~ ;-)

Everyone needs string ~ and birdsong 

So here it is ~ I love my little space ~
