Beautiful ~

Happy Monday my friends ~

Today is a civic holiday in Canada.  The weather has finally cooled down and it is just beautiful outside ~

My poor roses felt the hot hot temps.  But look ~ I still do have blooms ~

My butterfly bush still thrives ~

It is just beautiful weather.  This weather is making me smile ;-)

Some random Monday images for you to enjoy

I picked up this litte lamp at a yard sale for $2.00.  Now I need a new shade ~

I picked up this little silver piece for 10 cents ~  I think it is just lovely.  I love the patina ~

Time to go for a ride with Mr. Vintage.  Maybe.....yes, some soft ice cream would be perfect ~ don't you think?

What are you doing today?  I hope your day is filled with love and laughter ~

  1. Cooling down? You lucky girl! Enjoy your ride and your treat with Mr. V.

  2. Isn't it wonderful how cooler temps put a spring back in your step. Your flowers are still beautiful and I love all your vintage goodness! Thank you for stopping by, Mary Alice

  3. You always find the best treasures...and I love the apron in the background! I've stayed home today to clean house and try to regain some order! Happy week!

  4. Me gusta tu BLOG y me gusta la MÚSICA que suena... ¿Podría saber a que autor y C.D. pertenece?

  5. What pretty garden pic's. I love the hanging apron with the little jello molds. So vintage.

  6. Lovely images, my friend, I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday Monday. What is it called in Ontario? Apparently, it's not called anything in Manitoba. In BC it is called BC day.
Glad to hear that your weather has cooled down, so has ours. It barely gets to 30 C these days, I'm very happy about that.
    Hugs, Cindy

  7. Lovely! I like the old pen set myself. Hope you are having a wonderful weekend :)

  8. Beautiful images to gaze upon.
On Civic Day....I was in Southern Alberta at my sisters hous (parents live on the same acreage)
My daughter and DIL and their little kiddies had been visiting me for 2 weeks...GLORIOUS....and we finished up our little get together there.
IT WAS HOT for that area.
