harvest decorating

Hello my friends ~ This weekend I decided to do a little harvest time decorating ~

A little fall colour in my little heart sconce on the fence ~

It's always lovely when your front door says "Welcome" ~

Little pumpkins in my window boxes.  A little straw too ;-)

My little wagon in the front of the house filled with the fruits of harvest time ~
There must be a scarecrow or two ~
I hope everyone is staying warm and cozy and I do hope you have a WONDERFUL week ;-)

How are you decorating for fall?  Please tell me....

(((Hugs)))

  1. What a cute lil' scarecrow on your wreath!
I think I'll steal your idea and get some baby pumpkins and add straw.

    I don't decorate much. We're cozy all right, it's in the 80's here! ;0)

  2. Lovely! In Scotland we don't really decorate for the different seasons, except Christmas, of course.

  3. I like the wreath and wagon. I've done a little carpenter's tool box with some straw and gourds so far - hopefully will get some more done this coming weekend.

  4. I love your front porch! And it looks so festive with the fall wreath you hung on the door, too. Oh, and the pumpkins in the window box was such a good idea! It is definitely looking like fall at your home! :)

I hope you have a great day!

  8. If you stop by my blog, you will see what I have done for fall decorating (very little I'm afraid)
BUT I LOVE seasonal decorating, it is just my house is only 950 sq. ft and hardly any room for the collection of stuff I have gathered over the years. Also, when I try to put decor on my porch or door...these dastardly Alberta winds blow them into the next province. Everything has to be bolted down. At least on my porch it is angled in such a way, that the winds gust through. grrrrr
But, you gave me an idea to put pumpkins etc in the little flower baskets I have on the greenhouse. They are heavy, and should be ok there. happy fall my friend

  10. Hi Marianne,
Your fall decorations are so pretty and welcoming. I am just now getting some pumpkins and things out. It really felt like fall here today. The temperatures dropped a bit. Guess I will have to retire the sandals and flip flops until next summer.

    xo,

  12. All of your decor is beautiful, I never think to decorate the outdoors, except for the door.
I love your little wagon, too. Happy Thanksgiving!
