They're here ~!

Good morning ~

My peeps have arrived ~ we received them today.  All ten are doing fine

Aren't they the cutest you have ever seen?

We have two Rhode Island Reds and Eight Plymouth Barred Rock hens.

I could watch them for hours.  So soft and fuzzy

They even made Mr. Vintage smile ~ ;-)

Have a great day ~ what have you been up to?

  7. Oh they are so sweet. I do love chicks. Yes, now work won't get done and dinner will burn. :)
I still burn dinner watching my hens. I never burned dinner until I got chicks.
They make my brain feel so good. Have fun!!!

  8. So sweet!!! My son LOVES chickens! We pass a little tiny house every morning that has a duck and chicken...so cute they hang out together! Every morning we have to slow down so he can see them and say "There's the duck and chicken!"

  13. Absolutely adorable! You will enjoy them so much. I love my neighbor's chickens. I am sorry to hear about your husband's health problem. I have been so behind in my blog reading but am sending belated prayers. Thank you for your kind words on my blog, it means so much to me. My heart goes out to you for your own loss.

    Lots of love,

  14. They are so sweet! I have been looking at the baby chicks in my farm store every time I take my little dog to the groomer there or when I go to their garden shop. I'd love to have chickens but it doesn't fit in the plan for the next few years. I'll just enjoy yours!
