Vintage Play things ~

Vintage play things are so much fun ~ I don't have a doll house, but some day ~ I'm still looking ;-)

Mr. Vintage and I picked up this cute little play kitchen at a yard sale last summer...

The refrigerator is missing it's door, but I think it's cute...

My neighbours gave me little cans and boxes of play food ~

What little vintage play things do you like..

Have a great day~!

  1. Oh, I just love your little kitchen! Brings back memories of playing house as a child! Mom used to open her cans from the bottom and rather than throwing them out, she would wash them and we'd use them in our playhouse kitchen. With the tops of the cans not being off and the labels still affixed, it looked like our kitchen was stocked to the rim with "real" food!
    Thanks so much for sharing!

  4. That is the cutest kitchen. Is it made of cardboard or metal?
I'd have loved to have had one when I was a child...but isn't it nice, as adults, we can still enjoy childhood toys?

  10. how fun is that! it's just too cute Marrianne! vintage play things...hmmmm....well, I had to get my daughter a babydoll bed and changing table at a garage sale when she was little...'cause it was just like the one I had. It's in the attic right now *sigh* but, there might be someday that I can bring it back out again!!

  11. That is just too cute! Love the cherry wallpaper. Sweet! I love vintage toy phones and pull toys. My husband has one from when he was a kid. Funny, that it's considered vintage, now. We are getting old...LOL!
